Housing Application: Step-by-Step Guide

Apply for housing at Northampton Community College in six easy steps! Each semester, you must meet the academic standards outlined in the Residence Hall Handbook to continue living on campus.

First up: be admitted as an NCC student. To complete your application, make sure you send us:

  • High school or GED transcripts
  • SAT or ACT scores
  • Transcripts from any other institutions you’ve attended
  • Completed online application
Review our admissions page and the full enrollment checklist for more information.

Apply for housing online in just a few minutes. As part of the application, pay the $100 non-refundable NCC housing application fee using a credit or debit card.

Housing Application

File a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as early as you can. We use your FAFSA filing to put together your financial aid package, which may include scholarships, grants and loans to help offset the cost of your education (including housing costs).

The Housing Health Form helps us keep you safe on campus. Only a few people have access to it: your Residence Hall Director and appropriate designee(s), the Northampton Community College Health and Wellness Center, the appropriate health care agency, and/or your named emergency contact.

Complete your Housing Health Form as soon as possible and upload it to MyRecordTracker. We need to review your Housing Health Form before you move in.

In addition to being registered for 9+ course credits, residents must:

  • be enrolled in an NCC payment plan, or
  • have a total outstanding account balance below $1,500 for all terms combined.

Once you’ve completed all the requirements listed on the application home page, you’ll receive a clearance email. We can’t wait to welcome you to campus—get ready to move in!
