Northwest PDO funding is reserved for students who work in Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Venango, and Warren counties in Pennsylvania and would like to earn their CDA credit coursework, and/or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
In partnership with the Office of Child Development and Early Learning, NW ECE PDO supports direct access for the ECE workforce to pursue career pathways that lead to degrees or credentials. By coordinating with Early Learning Resource Centers to improve the quality of ECE programs, we address the existing barriers to degree attainment. Participants can choose between online or blended options.
