Ladies, Prevent UTIs

Urinating after sex can help prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women by flushing out bacteria that may have entered the urethra during intercourse. This practice is widely recommended by healthcare professionals as a simple yet effective way to reduce the risk of UTIs.
